How the Program Works

   In order to insure a successful campaign, the “Real Call” Program requires a certain amount of training depending upon the scope of the Program and the number of agents required. Training time is a component of the Integration/Training/Set Up fee that is determined by a Sales Manager and must be approved before the Service Agreement will be processed.

      Platinum Integration fees starts at a flat $150 or $10 per seat.
      Platinum Training fees depend upon material provides and start at $500.
      Platinum Set Up fees include integration of the service.
